Tsuchi No Koe Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Tasting notes
Vibrant and red-fruited on the palate with flavors of cherry and black plum, contrasted by notes of tobacco, graphite, and black pepper with herbal undertones. Bright, juicy acidity is balanced by fine grained tannins. Medium bodied with a long finish. Delicious now, but the acidity and structure will reward cellaring for a decade or more.
